Old Home Day 2026

We Were There!

On August 16, the Old Home Day celebration returned to the school grounds. The weather was perfect. The food was fabulous. Live bands played on two stages. Some were great, others not so much. Out on the playing field, the Seabrook Militia engaged in an artillery duel with the 1rst New Hampshire Regiment.

We were there. Our purpose was to engage Seabrook residents to help inform the Master Plan’s content. The photo below is looking toward Walton Road.

Seen below are Bob and Justin discussing future land use with an engaged resident. In the photo further down, Town officials were discussing the pressing issues of the day alongside our Master Plan display table. Thank you to the Recreation Department staff for the tent and tables!

Ye Olde Clam Stand made its annual appearance, below.

An aerial view of the festivities may be seen below.

The 1rst New Hampshire Regiment and the Seabrook Militia both deployed their artillery, as seen below.

Seen below, an infantryman with the 1rst New Hampshire took aim at the Planning Board’s reconnaissance aircraft. Fortunately, the remote pilot deftly maneuvered the aircraft out of harm’s way.
